Out of all the people using the self-serves when we were trying to check out, my partner and I were grabbed by the 3x old ladies working to put our items through themselves. Couldn’t have been the tattoos, hey. If you can’t trust people to do the right thing and your staff are going to decide who looks like a thief and who doesn’t based on personal bias, remove all your self serve machines.

0 stars! (Wouldn’t let me put 0 so had to put 1) Do not shop online if you want your order to be cancelled and your money taken from your bank account. I placed my order, had the money taken out of my account, all to then receive an email that my order had been cancelled. With no explanation as to why. Target thinks it’s ok to take peoples money and cancel their order on them. In what world is this ok to do?! Furthermore, I was on hold for nearly an hour, only to be put through to someone I could barely understand! This kind of customer service is disgusting and should be looked into. Again, why let me place an online order for it to seconds later be cancelled, everything said it was in stock on the website. But no just take my money and hold onto it for 3 - 10 business days why don’t you. I will never shop at target ever again and I hope the people reading this are warned about shopping online with you.

This is a well stocked spacious store with all the departments you need including Clothing, Home wares, appliances, gifts, etc. 👍 This store doesn't have much in the Electronics section, but plenty of everything else. I found some great bargains for my kitchen and living rooms. Even though the prices are cheap the quality is greater than I expected. ☺

Dressing room line is always long regardless of when I visit. Change rooms need to be converted to smaller size cubicles to enable more people in to address this issue.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Target Chermside's front store customer service member Dave, whose gregarious lively spirit always cheers my wife and I up when we come in to shop. He's definitely an asset to your store and I've seen time and again how helpful and friendly he is, going out of his way to make each customer feel welcomed. Kudos, Dave, you're amazing.

Good store. Plenty of variety. The new clothing section layouts that changes a few months ago is absolutely horrible. It just doesn’t work!!! Please change it back to the way it used to be!!! You can’t find anything anymore and no clear sight lines. I don’t know one parent who prefers the new clothing section design. It’s has pretty much put me off buying clothes here altogether. When the layout improves I’ll be back but at present the clothing design seems to have dropped too. Kids clothing (8yrs and up) needs a refresh!
